Project Execution

Detailed Engineering –perform complete engineering services from conceptual design through IFC for all civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical for PV array, BESS, substation and transmission interconnect project elements.

Material Specifications – develop specifications based on project design criteria and the latest technology.

Studies – perform all applicable project studies including, but not limited to, production, weather, and electrical.

Environmental – perform environmental engineering services in compliance with project permits and regulatory agency requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement – ensure clear communications among all project stakeholders.

Construction will be performed to fully comply with safety and best practice requirements. The Project Schedulealong with milestones will be used to measure progress and identify critical path tasks for the necessary attention.The contractor will ensure that all work has received the proper inspection in accordance with the contractdocuments, local building ordinances, and AHJ construction standards, along with written acceptance of all workperformed. The contractor provides construction management and is responsible for adhering to cost and schedule and managingsite activities. The assigned Construction Manager will support the execution of activities in the field withoversight from the site construction teams.

Partnerships with Key Equipment Manufacturers – maintain relationships with key manufacturers.

Strategic Sourcing – procure all equipment with the goal of reducing project risk while ensuring price certainty and on-time delivery.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control – ensure top quality materials are available and delivered to the project.

In-factory Audits and Inspections – staff on-site at key equipment factories to ensure quality throughout manufacturing.

Materials Management – coordinate and schedule the delivery and receipt of project materials.
