The White Falls Energy team has partnered with numerous third party project developers to acquire their solar development assets. 

We're highly experienced at project level due-diligence, and have committed financing from solar focused investors. This gives us the ability to quickly and efficiently assess your development portfolio. 

Power Purchase Agreements (“PPA’s”) enable customers to buy solar power without owning the solar equipment. PPA’s are attractive for customers seeking to minimize their balance sheet impact, and those who lack the tax liability to monetize the federal investment tax credit (“ITC”).  

The White Falls Energy (WFE) team has collectively executed hundreds of WFE's with commercial, municipal and federal customers associated with both onsite and offsite systems.
